Hello fellow blazers I know some of us find it difficult to take screenshot on our laptop device, but today I am going to introduce a simple and easiest way to take screenshot on your pc
without the requirement of any application or software. To get started we need to locate the file Called Snipping Tool on our device
What is Snipping Tool
The snipping Tool is An inbuilt application available in all versions of windows except window 7 starter and basic editions. It is not available in Window XP
To find the snipping tools click on the window button on the keyboard, type “Snipping Tool” in the search box and press enter.
After the search box locate the snipping tool, open it 
1.   Click the arrow down button next to “New”
 
2.    Click the type of snip you want to create
There are several ways you can choose what is to be captured: 
  •  “Free-form Snip” lets you draw any shape with your mouse. The area inside the shape will be turned into a screenshot.

  •   “Rectangular Snip” lets you select a rectangular area to be turned into a screenshot.

  •    “Window Snip” lets you choose a window to capture.

  • "Full-screen Snip” captures the whole screen with all open window except the snipping tool window.
3.     Draw you snip shape or click a window (if applicable). As soon as you select the type of snip  you want  to create, you can define the shape or window. If you selected “Full-screen snip” the screenshot will be taken immediately.
 4.  Review your snip. This snip you created will appear in a new window. 
5.   Click and drag to draw and notate the screenshot

  •   Click the pen button to select a pen type.

  •    Select “Customize” will allow you to change the tip shape, color, and size.
6.    Click the Highlighter button to switch to a higher effect.

8    Click the save snip to save the screenshot. The snip button looks like an old disk
